Daily maxima, not averages or daily unique players. Periods use UTC; the last source period is incomplete. Historical zero-filled samples are ambiguous and shown as gaps. Values are approximate tiers. Bars at date-range edges may represent a partly visible full source period; the listed dates and tooltip identify the complete aggregation interval.

N New label observed
The recorded Poki feed provides new-label observations only; hot and staff-picked observations are not available from this source.
Markers are positive daily observations from the portal API, not entry or exit dates or continuous placement. Hot does not prove a popular-list position; staff-picked does not prove homepage placement. These observations do not establish a cause for popularity changes.

About Tic Tac Toe Ultimate
How to play Tic Tac Toe Ultimate
Take turns placing an X or O in an empty square. Click a square on desktop or tap it on mobile. Your goal is to complete a line before your opponent does.
In Classic mode, you need three matching marks in a row. On the bigger boards, you need four. Lines can run across the board or from top to bottom. Diagonal lines count too.
Before moving, check if you can finish your own line. If you can't, look for a square your opponent needs to win and place your mark there to block them.
Try placing a mark that leaves two different squares where you could finish a line next turn. Your opponent can block only one, leaving you another square to win.
Choose your opponent
Play against the computer: Select "vs Bot", then choose Easy, Medium or Hard.
Play online with a friend: Select "2 Players", then "Play with a friend" to get a code you can share.
Play online with a random player: Select "2 Players", then "Random player" to be matched automatically.
Play on the same device: Select "2 Players", then "on this device", and take turns.
Tic Tac Toe Ultimate features
Classic mode: Play on a 3x3 board and connect three marks to win. If the board fills without a winning line, the round ends in a draw.
Infinity mode: Each player keeps only three marks on the 3x3 board. When you place your fourth, your oldest mark disappears.
Bigger boards: Choose 4x4, 5x5 or 6x6 and connect four matching marks to win. More empty squares give you room to build another line when one gets blocked.
Stars and styles: Earn stars to unlock other piece styles and backgrounds through the Style menu.
Match statistics: Open Stats to check your results against the computer. Stats show your wins and losses for all five modes at each difficulty.

Try Four in a Row if you enjoy building lines while blocking an opponent. You drop discs into columns, so you also need to check where each disc will land before choosing your move.
For standard three-in-a-row matches, play TicTacToe. Challenge the computer or a friend and practice spotting where to complete your line or block your opponent.
